I have never had a better experience working with a shop. It was so painless. I dropped my Elantra off for damage done to the right rear and was handed a loaner. My car was done in about a week even though it was over Thanksgiving. There was a small bump when I got my vehicle back that ended up having absolutely nothing at all to do with what they did, yet they made sure I was happy and took it in to Hyundai for me and let me have a loaner again. I didnt have to deal with the insurance company at all once I handed it off to them. If I could give them more then 5 starts I would!

He fixed my van window and door. Somehow the door got bent, popped of the track and shattered the window. He got us in quickly and had very reasonable pricing. Everyone we talked to was super nice as well. I sent a coworker there a few weeks later and he fixed his car as well. Fixing some rust areas. He did an amazing job on that as well.

Balken's reattached a side mirror I knocked off taking a kayak off of our RAV4. The part came unpainted and the Balken crew did an unbelievable job matching the paint color. You can't even tell it's not the original mirror! GREAT work. Would absolutely take my car there again!

Very good job working with the owner Byron. My Chrysler 200 2016 needed work and it all went extremely well. We thought our vehicle only needed a bumper come to find out it had much more damage than the eye can see. Byron walked us through the process and called us at least every other day while the parts for our car came in to keep us updated. He worked with our insurance company and during the entire time We were driving his 2019 jeep cherokee as a courtesy vehicle. It took a week but it was all worth the wait. The ONLY reason I am giving four stars is because of how rude the technician is. He doesn't know how to deal with customers. But Byron stood by his word and went above and beyond for our satisfaction and also gave a follow up phone call. I recommend this place to anyone with body damage to their vehicle. Despite the technician I WILL return. THANKS BYRON!!!!

Balken's did a GREAT job on my 2013 Honda Pilot. I needed a new bumper skin and tail light, and Balken's did it in a very timely manner. I really apperciated that they offered me a loaner car. Out of all the estimates I got I chose them because the owner noticed my fender was also dented in by the light, and they were very reasonably priced.

We took our 1989 Blue Bird Wonderlodge to them to repair some scratched compartment doors. They were able to match the 29 year old paint to perfection. They look like new. There not happy until your happy.

have utilized the services at Balken's Auto Body several times. I had a Honda Accord that needed a complete paint job due to being keyed all the way around the car. That car looked brand new when we got it back from Balken's. I have also had them do paint work on a Chevrolet Suburban and the color match was perfect. Their shop has done maintenance work on vehicles for us as well. From oil changes to an engine swap, a transmission swap and more, they have been there for us. You can count on them to do the work correctly, keep you informed of progress or changes, and get you the results you are looking for.
